Why I only order nine

People sometimes ask me why I don't take a pallet when I like a batch. That's exactly the opposite of our trade. Almazara Terraverne presses little, and I prefer to receive a small lot, offer it honestly, and wait for the next harvest rather than storing an oil that would lose its freshness in a warehouse. **A single-varietal AOVE like this one is best drunk young — these nine bottles are exactly what's needed for this season.**
