Data we process
- Order & delivery: name, postal address, e-mail, order contents.
- Payment: handled by Stripe; we never receive your card number, only the payment confirmation.
- Newsletter (if you subscribe): your e-mail.
- Browsing: minimal technical data necessary for the site to operate (see Cookies).
Purposes
To process and ship your orders, issue the invoice, provide customer service, and — only with your consent — send you our newsletter.
Legal basis
Performance of the sales contract (order, delivery, invoicing) and your consent (newsletter).
Processors & recipients
We share only what is strictly necessary with trusted providers, solely to deliver the service:
- Stripe — payment processing and invoicing.
- Resend — sending e-mails (order confirmation, newsletter).
- Cloudflare — site hosting and security.
- Swiss Post — parcel delivery.
We do not sell or rent your data. Some providers may process data outside Switzerland (notably in the EU) with appropriate safeguards.
Retention period
Order data is kept for as long as required by Swiss accounting and legal obligations; newsletter data, until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, or object to certain processing, by writing to info@origenes.shop.
