Delivery Area
We deliver throughout Switzerland, including Liechtenstein, from our warehouse in Clarens (Canton of Vaud).

Delivery Times
We prepare orders in batches, several times a week: your parcel is dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery then takes 1 to 3 working days via Swiss Post — so allow 2 to 5 working days in all. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Returns Policy
Return Period
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition. Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return Costs
Returns are free (0 CHF). We provide the prepaid return label.
Return Procedure
- Contact us at info@origenes.shop with your order number
- We will send you a prepaid return label
- Carefully pack the product(s) and drop off the parcel at a Swiss Post point
- The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days after receipt of the return
Refund
The refund will be made to the payment method used when placing the order. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
