Terms and Conditions of Sale

In force for any order placed on this site. Any confirmed order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

1. Seller

These terms govern sales concluded on the Orígenes site, operated by Cabrera Feijoo Consulting (hereinafter “Orígenes”).

2. Products

Orígenes offers a selection of artisan Spanish fine food. Products are presented with the greatest care; photographs and descriptions are indicative and do not commit beyond what may reasonably be expected of an artisan food product (possible variations in vintage, harvest or presentation).

3. Prices

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included. VAT not applicable (registration threshold not reached under the Swiss VAT Act). Orígenes reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applied is the one in force at the time of the order.

4. Order

The sale is concluded when the order is confirmed and payment accepted. Orígenes may refuse or cancel an order in the event of product unavailability, an obvious pricing error or a payment dispute; where applicable, any amounts already charged are refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is made online, securely, via our provider Stripe: TWINT, cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay / Google Pay. Card data never passes through our servers (it is handled by Stripe, compliant with PCI-DSS standards).

6. Delivery

Delivery within Switzerland from our Villeneuve (VD) warehouse: CHF 4 up to 2 kg, CHF 7 over 2 kg, free shipping from 59 CHF of purchase. Times are given for guidance; a delay cannot give rise to cancellation or compensation beyond the refund of shipping costs in the event of characterised failure. Risk transfers on handover to the carrier.

7. Returns

As a commercial gesture, Orígenes accepts returns within 14 days (prepaid label) for any unopened and unstarted product, in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened foodstuffs cannot be taken back. To start a return: info@origenes.shop.

8. Warranty & defects

In the event of a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, contact us within 7 days of receipt: we will replace or refund. Statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations are reserved.

9. Personal data

Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
