Orígenes respects your privacy and processes your data in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP). This page explains what data we process, why, and what your rights are.

Data we process

  • Order & delivery: name, postal address, e-mail, order contents.
  • Payment: handled by Stripe; we never receive your card number, only the payment confirmation.
  • Newsletter (if you subscribe): your e-mail.
  • Browsing: minimal technical data necessary for the site to operate (see Cookies).

Giveaways, measurement and statistics

  • Giveaways: e-mail, language, number of entries, referral code and, for winners, name and delivery address. Purpose: managing entries, the draw, prize delivery and — with your consent — sending our news. Retention: entries up to 12 months after the draw; winners' data for as long as accounting requires.
  • Measurement and advertising: Google (Analytics and Google Ads), Meta (Facebook/Instagram pixel), Pinterest, TikTok and Microsoft (Bing) only switch on in your browser if you click «Accept all»; without that choice no advertising cookie is set. When you place an order or sign up (welcome wheel, giveaway), our server may send Meta and TikTok an encrypted (hashed) version of your e-mail, and Meta, TikTok and Google the order amount, to measure how well our ads work; never the plain e-mail. You can object at any time by writing to info@origenes.shop.
  • Internal statistics: an anonymous identifier stored on your device lets us count visits and page views on our own server, without sharing it with third parties.

Purposes

To process and ship your orders, issue the invoice, provide customer service, and — only with your consent — send you our newsletter.

Performance of the sales contract (order, delivery, invoicing) and your consent (newsletter).

Processors & recipients

We share only what is strictly necessary with trusted providers, solely to deliver the service:

  • Stripe — payment processing and invoicing.
  • Resend — sending e-mails (order confirmation, newsletter).
  • Cloudflare — site hosting and security.
  • Swiss Post — parcel delivery.
  • Google — audience measurement and advertising.
  • Meta Platforms — Facebook/Instagram advertising.
  • Pinterest — advertising.
  • TikTok (TikTok Technology Limited, Ireland) — TikTok advertising.
  • Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd) — measurement and ads on Bing and Microsoft Shopping.

We do not sell or rent your data. Some providers may process data outside Switzerland (notably in the EU) with appropriate safeguards.

Retention period

Order data is kept for as long as required by Swiss accounting and legal obligations; newsletter data, until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, or object to certain processing, by writing to info@origenes.shop.
