Terms — the Die & the Orígenes Club

This page describes how the random refund ("the Die") and the Orígenes Club subscription work, and their legal framework.

The Die — random refund

One order in six is fully refunded, up to 60 CHF, by secure random draw, once per order. The game is open to everyone during a limited launch period, then reserved for Club members. The result shows after payment; if you win, the refund is made to the payment method used via our payment provider.

Legal nature

This is a sales-promotion game within the meaning of Art. 1 para. 2 let. d of the Federal Act on Money Gaming (LJAr/BGS). It is not licensed money gaming: sale prices are not increased because of the game, participation is at the normal product price, the draw is genuinely random and only one chance is granted per order (buying more does not change the odds). The operation runs for a limited time. It complies with the Unfair Competition Act (LCD/UWG): transparent terms, no additional transaction is required to receive the refund.

The Orígenes Club — subscription

The Club is a paid subscription of 8.90 CHF per month, automatically renewing monthly, handled by our payment provider (Stripe). Cancellable at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund of the month in progress.

Member benefits

While the subscription is active: −10% on shop products, always free shipping, and permanent access to the Club's game (the Die, and more games to come), open to the public only for a limited time. Benefits apply automatically to orders placed while signed in to your member account. Benefits end when the subscription ends.
