We deliver throughout Switzerland, including Liechtenstein.

Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 1 to 3 additional business days via Swiss Post. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
Returns policy
Return period
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.
Return conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition. Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return procedure
- Contact us at info@origenes.shop with your order number
- We will send you a prepaid return label
- Pack the product(s) carefully and drop the parcel at a Swiss Post office
- Refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the return

The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the original order. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
