Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver only within Switzerland.

What are the shipping costs?
CHF 4 for parcels under 2 kg and CHF 7 for parcels of 2 kg or more.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to return an unopened product in its original packaging. Return shipping is free (CHF 0).

How do I make a return?

Yes, all our products are imported directly from Spain and Portugal.
