What are the delivery times to Switzerland?
Any order placed before 2 p.m. is shipped the same day. Delivery in 1 to 4 working days anywhere in Switzerland via Swiss Post.
How much does delivery cost?
CHF 4 up to 2 kg, CHF 7 beyond. Free returns within 14 days.
Are your products really artisanal?
Yes. Each house we select works by hand, in small volumes, and according to traditional methods. Real Conservera has hand-canned sardines since 1920. La Chinata dries its pimentón over wood fire.
Why do some products disappear from the catalogue?
Our catalogue is living. When a producer stops a reference, or when a particular harvest is finished, we don't replace it with a generic product. We wait. Sometimes it comes back, sometimes not.
How do I know if a product will return?
On the product page, two mentions: « Expected Return » with a button to be notified by email, or « Archive Piece » if the decision is final.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days, free of charge. Return via Swiss Post with pre-paid label. Refund within 5 working days of receipt.
Which payment methods do you accept?
TWINT, PostFinance, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard. Secure payment via Shopify Payments.
Do you deliver to France or elsewhere in Europe?
No, Switzerland only for now. We ship from Clarens (canton of Vaud).
