Shield the flame from the wind for steady combustion and a constant temperature: the secret of a good paella outdoors.
- 4 modules for paella pans from Ø 80 to 100 cm
- Each module measures 15 × 68 cm
- Galvanised steel
- Hangs from the pan and locks in place by bending it slightly, no tools needed
Tip: choose a pan 10 to 20 cm larger than the burner, especially if the flame comes out at the side. On a table or worktop, raise the burner on short adjustable legs.
