Serving

Why we chose it: Alongside the hard and soft kinds, we wanted this one too: almond paste (40%) with candied egg yolk (23%), caramelised on top. It is made by Turrones José Garrigós, an IFS Food-certified house in Jijona. A 200 g bar, best served in thin slices.
