Sardinillas in olive oil – 16/20 pieces
Limited edition — rotating selection, may sell out fast.
House : Conservas Luliña — Galicia — made around the ría de Arousa
A sardinilla is a sardine of very small calibre: it takes sixteen to twenty of them to fill the tin. They arrive covered in olive oil, and that is where the recipe stops. At the table they ask for little: toasted bread, a thread of their own oil, a few flakes of salt.
120 ml tin. 115 g net, 81 g drained. For every tin sold, Luliña gives 0.15 € to the Fundación Ecomar for its coastal clean-up project. Contains fish. Gluten free; may contain traces of molluscs and crustaceans.
