Between fifty and sixty cockles in a single tin: tiny pieces, a short bite, plainly briny. In brine, with water and salt, nothing gets in the way. Serve them very cold, the tin opened just before you sit down, with a few drops of lemon.
Cockle (Cerastoderma edule), water and salt. Nothing else. 120 ml tin, 110 g net, 63 g drained. For every tin sold, Luliña gives 0.15 € to the Fundación Ecomar for its coastal clean-up project. Contains molluscs. Gluten free; may contain traces of fish and crustaceans.
