Details
- Format: 12 g pack (3 sachets of 4 g)
- Ingredients: dried garlic, salt, sweet paprika, ñora pepper, natural flavouring, black pepper, clove, colour (curcumin) and saffron
- May contain traces of peanut

How to use it
Add it to your seafood or fish paella before the rice goes in. Adjust the salt at the end.
Why we chose it: For a seafood paella we wanted a blend made for the job: ñora pepper and sweet paprika join saffron and garlic. The colour comes from curcumin. Each 4 g sachet is measured for one paella, made by Carmencita, the house behind Paellero.

Carmencita
The saffron of Novelda, since 1923.
Carmencita was born in Novelda (Alicante) in 1923, founded by Jesús Navarro Jover and his wife Carmen Valero. In early-20th-century Novelda, spices were traded — above all saffron, which arrived from La Mancha to be exported to Asia and Africa.
